The services provided by NETvisor offer modern and cost effective solutions and operation to meet customers' business and IT requirements. Our services are provided based on the following key principles:

Services do not form "islands" but offer real SYSTEM operation as integrated system components.

 

We provide our services in the form of a quality assurance project, i.e. well-defined solutions based on customer expectations and developed following a system design.

 

As a result of our work, operation effectiveness can be accurately measured and can serve as a basis of Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

NETvisor's system of services follows the lifecycles of the processes implemented in IT projects:

ISO 9001:2000 quality management (NETvisor introduced this quality management system in 2005 for internal operations and projects carried out for our clients)

 

PRINCE-2 project methodology (a "common language and methodology" is a key requirement for providing solutions and services to guarantee to all parties that the task accepted at the launching phase will be implemented by the deadline. A quasi international standard, this methodology is called PRINCE-2)

 

Taking into account IBIR (IT Security Management System): security is a key factor in business. Security covers electronically stored data and information. Institutions need to control who and how can get access to the information they own. This information is a value well worth protecting. Each institution has to have some level of security policy, and the solution provided by NETvisor is integrated with this.
